YOGA ASANAS TO GET RID OF LARYNGITIS

The reason behind the laryngitis is overstraining your voice box. Cheering the event may result to losing your voice. Apart from infractions and overstressing the voice box, you may lose voice by infectious diseases and pollutions. Sever cause of diseases resulting to laryngitis needs regular treatment. I am explaining some of the Yoga practices that will benefit you to get relief from throat problem.
Simhasana:
Simhasana is one of the yoga practices that will help you getting rid of sore throat. When conducting this asana, you have to sit on you keens with the thighs resting on shanks. Inhale deeply placing the hand your thighs. You have to open your mouth wide and stick out the tongue. Exhale through the mouth making the sound line roar of lion. Rotating your eyes while performing this practice will benefit you more.
Paryankasana
Paryankasana is the yoga practice for the tonsillitis. Tonsils are found behind the back of throat and they are pair of fleshy tissues. The infection of tonsils will cause tonsillitis and paryankasana will help to get rid of this. This asana is easy to perform where you have to keel on the surface and bend backward slowly. Arc your body by touching the head to floor and neck will for the curvature of arch. You have to remain in the position for 10-30sec and return to previous kneel position. This yoga practice will stretch the muscle of throat and ensures the healthy working of parathyroid and thyroid hormones improving the blood flow to throat.
Sasangasana
Sasangasana relieves the Laryngitis and other throat related problems. You have to kneel on the floor and bend your body forwards gradually till the head will touch the knee. After reaching to the position, you have to hold your heels with the hands and stretch the throat muscles to improve the blood flow. This asana will allow to flow the blood to throat muscles and the parts of larynx.
