Health and safety inside the workplace maintains a range of physical and psychological abilities of workers. Worker with ill health reduces efficiency so frequent interaction with them about their health condition should be asked.
Some lists of accidents creating areas inside fuji plant are;
  1. Misalignment and misplace of wirings
  2. Table feeder: Here, sensor sometimes senses to operate motor of feeder when flour got stuck inside it. so operator could get injured due to wrong information
  3. Mixture: It contains switch which stops mixing when operator opens lid. This system is good measures adopted to reduce accident.
  4. Eye irritation, nose irritation in souping area. Mask is loosly used by workers. This is reducing efficiency of workers.
  5. Pusher rod: Poor concentration at pusher rod while clearing flour during operation may damage finger. So, at this section high concentration is necessary.
  6. Slippery floor
  7. Wiring of one external fan used in cooling system isn’t clear.
  8. There are 5 fire extinguisher kept and amongst of them two have no date of expiry and manufacturing mentioned others are newly installed and in good form. So dates are need to be mentioned.
  9. It has emergency exit near to open place which is good.
